Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Mett account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
Delete your account in the app
If you are signed in on iPhone:
- Open Mett
- Go to Profile
- Open Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Open Mett → Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile and login credentials
- Meal plans and scheduled meals
- Shopping lists
- Food bank / pantry entries and leftovers
- Favourites and saved preferences
- Other personal data linked to your account
Local data cached on your device is cleared when you log out or delete your account. You can also remove the app from your device to delete remaining local storage.
Premium subscriptions
Deleting your Mett account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. To stop future charges, cancel Mett Premium in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Need help?
If you cannot access the app, email hei@mett.app from the address linked to your account and request account deletion. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
