Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

Mett is made available through the Apple App Store and is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), not sold to you.

If there is a conflict between Apple's Standard EULA and the app-specific terms below, Apple's Standard EULA governs your use of the app as licensed through Apple.

App-specific terms

The following terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA for Mett:

Service description

Mett helps you plan meals, build shopping lists, and use food you already have at home. Recipe browsing on the website is free. Premium features require an in-app subscription.

Mett Premium subscriptions

• Mett Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription via the Apple App Store.
• Subscription options include monthly and yearly plans. Current prices are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
• New subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial where offered by Apple. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Renewal is automatic until cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Mett is intended for users who can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Mett, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account as described on the Delete Account page.

Disclaimer and liability

Mett provides meal planning tools and recipe information for everyday use. Nutritional estimates and price information are approximate. We do not provide medical or dietary advice. To the extent permitted by law, Mett is provided "as is" and "as available".
